Terms and conditions of use of L’art d’un rien

These general conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as the “Conditions”) govern the use of the www.lartdunrien.ch website. (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) and constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as “the User” or “you”) and L’art d’un rien SARL, a Swiss home decor online store, headquartered at Route de la Noyère 9, 1185 Mont-sur-Rolle, and owned by Stéphanie Morand (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”).

By accessing and using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Site.

The content of the Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and any other material presented on the Site, is the exclusive property of L’art d’un rien or its suppliers and partners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The use of the name, logo or any other trademark of L’art d’un rien without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
  3. Orders and payments a. When you place an order on our Site, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You also agree that the payment information provided is legitimate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. b. All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including breach of these Terms. c. The prices of products displayed on the Site are in Swiss francs (CHF) and already include applicable taxes. Prices do not include shipping costs.
  4. Delivery a. We endeavour to deliver products within the time limits indicated on the Site. However, delivery times may vary according to destination and other factors beyond our control. b. You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible delivery address. The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you as soon as they are delivered to the delivery address you have provided.
  5. Return policy a. Please consult our returns policy on the Site for detailed information on how to return products.
  6. Limitation of liability a. To the fullest extent permitted by law, L’art d’un rien shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Site or any products purchased through the Site.

L’art d’un rien return policy

In Switzerland, you have no legal right to exchange or return a product. At L’art d’un rien, our priority is customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase for any legitimate reason, we offer a simple and transparent returns policy.

  1. Return conditions :
  • You have 15 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
  • Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
  1. Return procedure :

  1. Return shipping :
  • Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

  1. Reimbursement :
  • Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the amount corresponding to the returned product.
  • Refunds will be made according to the method of payment used for the original purchase.

  • If the product you have received is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the problem quickly. New products carry a two-year manufacturer’s warranty, while used products carry a one-year warranty.
