Léman” bread knife

The “Léman” bread knife features Europe’s highest mountain as a backdrop.

The mountains are : Grand Combin, Dents du Midi, Tour Sallière, Mont Ruan, Aiguille du Chardonnet, Aiguille Verte, Grandes Jorasses, Aiguille du Midi, and Mont Blanc.

The blade is made of surgical steel, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC.
The handle, made of walnut, is very pleasant to the touch.
