The “Best of Switzerland” bread knife features a mountain from each region of Switzerland on its blade.
The mountains are : Monte Generoso, Säntis, Piz Bernina, Tödi, Stanserhorn, Titlis, Eiger, Mönch, Jungfrau, Dufourspitze, Matterhorn, Dents du Midi, and Mont Blanc.
The blade is made of surgical steel, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC.
The handle, made of walnut, is very pleasant to the touch.
